1. Free Downloads

All free HTML, CSS, and JS templates, code snippets, and tools are provided "as-is" without any warranty. Since they are free, no refund or support is offered for free resources.

2. Premium Templates

We offer premium website templates and digital products that are instantly downloadable upon purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or downloaded.

3. Exceptions & Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• The file is completely corrupted and cannot be used, and you’ve contacted support with proof.
• The product was purchased multiple times due to a technical error (duplicate order).
• You received a product that is significantly different from what was described on the product page.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 3 days of purchase along with valid proof (screenshots, order ID, error messages, etc.).

4. No Refunds for the Following

• Change of mind after downloading the product.
• Lack of technical knowledge to implement or edit templates.
• Templates not matching a specific CMS or platform (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) unless stated.
• Minor bugs or compatibility issues that can be resolved through updates or support.

5. Support & Fixes

For any issues, we encourage you to contact us first via email before submitting a refund request. In many cases, we can provide fixes or support to resolve the issue.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please email your request to hello@html-css-templates.com with:

• Your full name and order ID
• Purchase date
• Detailed reason for the refund request
• Supporting screenshots or error messages

We will process your request within 3–5 business days.
