These Premium Terms govern the use, licensing, and access to premium HTML, CSS, JavaScript templates, tools, and design assets available on our platform. By purchasing or subscribing to any premium product, you agree to the following terms:

1. License & Usage Rights
Premium products are sold or provided via subscription under the following license options:
- Personal License – For personal or non-commercial use on a single project.
- Commercial License – For commercial use on client work or monetized projects.
- Extended License – For unlimited usage, redistribution (where allowed), or SaaS/web app integration.
Redistribution, resale, or re-hosting of any premium item (even modified) is strictly prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the license.
2. Subscription Access (Premium Membership)
- Subscribers get access to a curated library of premium templates, code assets, and UI tools.
- Access is valid for the duration of the active subscription (e.g. monthly or yearly).
- Once your subscription ends, access to new premium downloads is revoked, but existing downloads remain licensed.
3. One-Time Purchases
- Some templates may be offered as standalone purchases at a higher price without requiring a subscription.
- After purchase, users will receive lifetime access to the product under the chosen license type.
4. Payment & Billing
- We use secure third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
- All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
5. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on premium items unless:
- The file is corrupted or significantly broken and cannot be used.
- A purchase was made in error (duplicate charge).

6. Account Misuse or Abuse
- Sharing, reselling, or distributing premium files or access credentials is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts found violating terms will be suspended or permanently banned without a refund.
- Download limits may apply to prevent abuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All templates, source code, and content are protected under international copyright law. You do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or purchasing our products.
8. Support & Updates
- Premium products come with basic technical support and future updates (if available).
- Support does not include customization or third-party platform integration.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Premium Terms, without prior notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our offerings change. Users will be notified of significant updates. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised terms.
